The Cota Zero space in Tortosa (Tarragona) is a museum created from the archaeological remains found beneath the Cathedral square.

The discoveries document 15 centuries of the city’s history, from the Roman wall to elements of the Renaissance riverfront façade that have disappeared.

For this project, the concrete of the structural walls, columns, and the pavement of the Cathedral square was pigmented. The selection of pigments was carefully supervised by the project management to achieve a natural tone in harmony with the history of the Tortosa Cathedral.
