Glorias Park in Barcelona

The new Glorias Park in Barcelona transforms the old infrastructure junction into a large urban park that is committed to sustainability, connectivity between neighborhoods, and the recovery of public space for citizens.

Designed by UTE Agence Ter & Ana Coello de Llobet, the park is a vast green and pedestrian-friendly space of over 13 hectares located in the heart of the city.

In this project, Serra Ciments’ BT-2 Yellow pigment was used to color the concrete pavement in various areas of the park. The project management was seeking a soft yellow tone capable of transforming the grey color of concrete while bringing war        mth and visual continuity with the surrounding urban and natural environment.
